Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls

These blueberry cinnamon rolls are buttery, gooey, super fluffy, and  have the softest no knead dough ever. They have a cinnamon and blueberry  filling and topped with blueberry cream cheese frosting.

– warm water – granulated sugar – yeast – all purpose flour  – granulated sugar – butter softened – 2 eggs – vanilla extract – warm milk – sea salt – cinnamon filling – blueberry filling – blueberry cream cheese frosting

Assembly

Make blueberry filling by combining all the filling ingredients in a saucepan and simmer until thickened. Let cool completely in non-metal bowl.

Stir together all of the dough ingredients until it form a shaggy, sticky dough. Don't knead the dough, mix just until it comes together.

Let rise until doubled. The dough will come together as it rises in the bowl. Punch the dough down and roll it out into a rectangle.

Spread the cinnamon filling evenly onto the dough and top with blueberry filling. Roll the dough into a sausage.

5.

Use a string to cut the rolls by wrapping it around the roll and pulling tight. This helps the rolls keep their shape.

Place cut rolls into the baking pan and let rise until doubled to fill out the gaps in the pan. Bake. Work on the frosting as it bakes.

7.

Beat butter and sugar for the frosting. Add cream cheese and reserved blueberry filling. Beat until light and fluffy and spread over warm rolls.
