The swirl couldn't be easier to make. It's just cinnamon and brown sugar, sandwiched between two layers of batter.
The butter gives this cake tons of flavour while the oil gives it all the moisture! Sour cream also helps with a tender crumb.
here's what you will need:
– brown sugar – ground cinnamon – unsalted butter – vegetable oil – brown sugar packed – granulated sugar – sea salt – pure vanilla extract – large eggs – sour cream – all purpose flour – baking powder – ground cinnamon – milk – cream cheese glaze
Beat butter, oil, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Add sour cream and buttermilk.
Sift dry ingredients into the wet. Fold until a batter forms.
Add half the batter to a greased and floured bundt pan. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar and add the rest of the batter. Bake.
While the bundt bakes prepare the cream cheese glaze. Beat ingredients together and add milk to get the consistency you prefer.
Pour or spread glaze over the flipped and cooled bundt cake. Slice and serve!
