This peeps s'mores skillet dip has gooey peeps on top, a rich and creamy chocolate bottom, and takes 10 minutes TOTAL to make.
– Peeps with crisp outside and gooey middle – Creamy rich chocolate – Crushed biscoff layer (or use your favourite cookies) – Use up any chocolate lying around! – The perfect dessert for an Easter party
what you will need:
– milk chocolate – semisweet chocolate chips – sea salt – biscoff cookies (or cookies of choice) – heavy cream – peeps – graham crackers and/or fruit to serve
Place chocolate and salt in skillet. Use all of your random bits of chocolate lying around. Mix and match your favourite chocolate bars.
Top with crushed cookies and hot cream. The cream helps melt the chocolate down to a smooth and creamy dip.
Top with marshmallow peeps. Make sure all of the chocolate is covered for the best ratio of peep to marshmallow.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, until peeps are golden and puffed. Dip in with graham crackers and enjoy! You can use fruit and other cookies to dip too.
Peeps taste better than regular marshmallows in this recipe because they get a crunchy coating after baking. They're more stretchy and gooey than regular marshmallows!
