what you will need:
– warm water – activated dry yeast – sugar – all purpose flour – sea salt – granulated sugar – butter very soft – eggs – vanilla extract – milk – sour cream – vegetable oil – strawberry sauce – custard – glaze
Dissolve yeast in warm water and a teaspoon of sugar. Set aside until bubbly. Stir together flour and sugar.
Add dissolved yeast and the rest of the ingredients for the dough to the dry ingredients. Stir until a shaggy, wet dough forms.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until it looks like this. Punch it down, and transfer to a floured surface.
Roll out, cut into shapes, transfer to parchment lined sheet and let rise until doubles. Deep fry until golden brown and let cool.
