Glaze
1.
Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well. Add oreos and fold.
2.
Roll or lay out the first pie crust. Mark about six rectangles 1.5” by 3”. This will be your template.
3.
Place 2-3 tablespoons of filling into the middle of each marked rectangle, leaving ½” border all the way around.
4.
Brush milk on the pie crust in between the filling. Place rolled out second crust on top and press down in between the filling to seal in all the edges.
5.
Cut the rectangles out and trim the rounded edges.
6.
Use a fork to press down all the way around each pop tart to help seal the edges. Pierce each top with a fork to help let steam through. Bake.
7.
Whisk glaze ingredients to make a thick glaze. Top oreo pop tarts with glaze and more oreos. These are best enjoyed warm or room temperature.
They’re so easy to make and taste exponentially better than store bought oreo pop tarts. You can batch prep these and keep them in your freezer.
