what you will need:
– 1 cup unsalted butter, melted – ¾ cup brown sugar – ½ cup granulated sugar – ½ tsp sea salt – 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract – 1 large egg – 1 ½ cup all purpose flour (180g) – ½ tsp baking soda – 1 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips – ½ cup milk chocolate chips – ¾ cup unsalted butter – 2 ½ cups powdered sugar – 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract – 3 oz cream cheese – 2-4 tbsp heavy whipping cream – Food colouring & sprinkles

Whisk melted butter, salt, and sugar until combined. Add egg and vanilla.

Whisk until smooth and thickened, about 30 seconds.

Add flour, baking soda, and chocolate chips. Stir just until combined.

Spread into heart shaped springform pan. Top with chocolate chips and milk chocolate hearts. Bake for 22-25 minutes.

Let cool completely before frosting with icing so that it doesn't melt.

Pipe cream cheese frosting on top and top with sprinkles. You can use storebought frosting for a shortcut.
