what you will need:
– white chocolate chips – milk chocolate chips – mini chocolate chips – unsalted butter – brown sugar – granulated sugar – sea salt – large egg + egg yolk – pure vanilla extract – all purpose flour – cocoa powder – cornstarch – baking powder – baking soda – regular sized creme eggs
Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until light and fluffy. Scrape down the bowl frequently so that it blends evenly.
Sift dry ingredients right into the same bowl. This helps break down any lumps in the flour and cocoa powder.
Mix to make a dough and scoop the cookie dough to form balls. Use a scale so that they're even and bake evenly. If you don't have a scale you could use a scoop.
Flatten the cookie dough ball into a disk and wrap around an unwrapped creme egg. Make sure the cookie dough is in an even layer.
Roll the top of the cookie dough in chocolate chips, chill, and bake. Don't overbake or else the creme egg filling may leak out.
